Setting Blocks
Foundation Preparation: I start by preparing the foundation, ensuring it is level and stable. This involves measuring and marking the layout according to the building plans.

Mixing Mortar: I mix mortar, which is used to bond the blocks together. The mortar must be the right consistency to ensure strong adhesion.

Laying Blocks: I lay blocks in a precise and orderly manner, ensuring they are level and aligned. This involves placing each block in the mortar, tapping it into place, and checking for levelness.

Jointing and Pointing: I fill the joints between the blocks with mortar and smooth them out to create a neat finish. This helps to strengthen the structure and improve its appearance.

Plastering
Surface Preparation: I start by preparing the surfaces to be plastered. This involves cleaning the walls, removing any loose material, and applying a bonding agent if necessary.

Mixing Plaster: I mix plaster to the right consistency, ensuring it is smooth and free of lumps. The mixture typically includes plaster of Paris, water, and sometimes additives to improve workability and durability.

Applying Plaster: I apply the plaster to walls and ceilings using trowels and other tools. This involves spreading the plaster evenly and smoothing it out to create a flat, even surface.

Finishing: After the plaster has been applied, I finish the surface by smoothing it out and removing any imperfections. This can involve multiple layers of plaster and careful attention to detail.
