Reading Blueprints and Plans
Interpreting Designs: I read and interpret construction plans and blueprints to understand the specifications and layout of the masonry work.
Laying Bricks and Stones
Mortar Mixing: I mix mortar to the right consistency for bonding bricks and stones.
Brick and Stone Placement: I lay bricks, blocks, or stones in horizontal layers, ensuring proper alignment, spacing, and leveling.
Cutting and Shaping: I cut bricks and stones to the required size and shape using chisels, hammers, or power tools.
Constructing and Repairing Structures
Building Walls and Foundations: I construct walls, partitions, arches, and other structures, ensuring they are aligned, leveled, and structurally sound1.
