My work involves a diverse range of responsibilities across three main areas:

1. Settings of Tiles
In this role, I focus on the installation and maintenance of tiles in various settings. This includes:

Selecting and sourcing tiles: Choosing the right type of tiles (ceramic, porcelain, marble, etc.) based on the client’s needs and the specific application.
Preparing surfaces: Ensuring that surfaces are properly prepared for tiling, which might involve cleaning, leveling, and applying adhesives.
Cutting and laying tiles: Precisely cutting tiles to fit specific spaces and laying them out in the desired pattern.
Grouting and finishing: Applying grout between tiles and finishing the surface to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal1.
2. Buying and Selling Properties
This aspect of my work involves real estate transactions, including:

Property acquisition: Identifying and purchasing properties that have potential for investment or development.
Market analysis: Conducting market research to understand property values, trends, and potential returns on investment.
Sales and marketing: Promoting properties to potential buyers through various channels, including online listings, open houses, and networking.
Negotiation and closing: Negotiating terms of sale and managing the closing process to ensure a smooth transaction.
3. Site Management
In site management, I oversee the day-to-day operations of construction or renovation projects, which includes:

Project planning: Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordination: Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Quality control: Ensuring that all work meets the required standards and specifications.
Safety management: Implementing safety protocols to protect workers and comply with regulations.
