POP Cement Work
Surface Preparation
Cleaning and Priming: We prepare surfaces by cleaning and applying a primer to ensure proper adhesion of the POP mixture.
Setting Up: We set up scaffolding and protective coverings to safeguard surrounding areas during the application process.
Mixing and Application
Mixing POP: We mix Plaster of Paris with water to the right consistency, ensuring it is free of lumps and ready for application.
Applying POP: We apply the POP mixture to walls, ceilings, or other surfaces using trowels and other tools, creating a smooth and even finish.
Finishing Touches
Smoothing and Polishing: We smooth and polish the applied POP to achieve a flawless finish, often adding decorative elements or designs as required.
Curing: We allow the POP to cure properly, ensuring it hardens and sets correctly.
Parafet Screeding
Surface Preparation
Cleaning and Leveling: We clean and level the surface to be screeded, removing any debris or irregularities.
Setting Up Formwork: We set up formwork to contain the screed and define the area to be covered.
Mixing and Application
Mixing Screed: We mix the screed material, which typically includes cement, sand, and water, to the right consistency.
Applying Screed: We apply the screed mixture to the prepared surface, spreading it evenly using tools like screeds and trowels.
Finishing and Curing
Smoothing: We smooth the screed surface to ensure it is level and free of imperfections.
Curing: We allow the screed to cure properly, ensuring it achieves the desired strength and durability.
Our role is essential in creating high-quality, visually appealing surfaces that enhance the overall look and durability of buildings.
